My journey into healthcare started when I contracted bilharzia while working in Ghana for Raleigh International. The treatment for bilharzia back in London left me sick with multiple symptoms and sometimes barely able to get out of bed. I decided to travel the world solo and I came across The Sanctuary in Thailand where I did a 10 day juice fast.

This was the start of my recovery to health and on my return to London I started learning more at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) & College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), gaining my Naturopathic degree at University of Westminster (BSc Hons – Naturopathy) in 2010.

My passion lies in getting to the root cause of your disease looking at your own individual medical history, environment, and lifestyle to become your personal Natural Health Detective.

By making some achievable, small changes over time, we give the body the vitality to heal itself.

If you are ready to feel great again simply contact me and I will see if I am the right person to be able to help you.

Just touching my skin would be excruciating. My sleep was constantly interrupted as my bones/muscles ached all over – and spent most of my days not being able to get out of bed. Thankfully a friend recommended I talk to Camilla. I hated the first 6 months of having to cut out my favourite foods. I seem to remember saying food is all I have left; after losing my high-powered job, flat, friends, boyfriend and having to move back with my parents in my mid 40’s. She said she could not help me if I did not follow her advice – I am so grateful I did. I am now pain free and able to rebuild my life again – thank you thank you!

Camilla’s passion for helping people was rooted in the grief she felt on losing her mother to breast cancer when she was just 13 years old, and the subsequent trauma of trying to find her way in the world without parental guidance as a teenager.

Her story is within the pages of Lizzie Pickering’s book ‘When Grief Equals Love’, a profoundly moving collection of life-stories from people who have experienced, lived with and found some peace living with grief.

This book is a must-read for anyone who is dealing with the loss of a loved one, as it will help you navigate a path through the wilderness of loss.
